Dear Ohio Dental Hygienists:

 

Dental Hygienists have been identified as the profession MOST at risk for contracting the COVID-19 virus. In an effort to keep hygienists informed and to make sure that YOU are heard, the Ohio Dental Hygienists’ Association has created a survey to track this very data.

This survey is completely voluntary and all information will be kept confidential.

We are asking hygienists who have tested positive to fill out a brief survey (link below). We must ask your name and date of birth, or there is no possibility for accuracy and the data is worthless. This survey is for hygienists only at this time. (For ease of verifying data.)

When the data merits, we will publish the results of this survey on our website, www.odha.net.
